Words of Appreciation
When I signed up for my second attempt at a marathon and Patriot half marathon I realized I was a little over my head. When I met Rich I realized that I could use some help and guidance. Rich is amazing and really cares about the people he’s working with. He's always available to talk or text or FaceTime, etc. He has gotten me to my biggest goals to date in a very short amount of time. I totally recommend training with him!” – Jeff S. Thanks again coach. You prepared me for every aspect of this race; physical, mental, nutrition and pacing. I felt like there was nothing yesterday that could've been thrown at me that I wasn't prepared for! Cheers Rich!” – Jonathan M. I worked hard but I truly enjoyed working hard for you. You are an amazing coach Rich!” – Elizabeth S. |
This morning I am down 50 lbs since starting my Ironman journey in October. I have dropped my per mile 5k run time by over 2 min per mile and last Saturday took 1st place in Clydesdale category. I'm fitter than I can ever remember. Big thanks to my coach Richard Hatch with Triumph Endurance.” – William R. What started out as a childhood nickname and an incredible athletic event to watch on TV, became a reality this weekend. Special thanks to Triumph Endurance Coaching for preparing me for the challenge. Thanks Richard Hatch!” – Teddy B. Thank you coach!!! Every piece of advice…every workout you planned…it was spot on! I’m thrilled with the results in just a couple of months of working together and can’t wait to see what’s next!” – Julie J. |
